A great 2 year old, 2004 square foot, one story brick and stone house in a desirable section of south Rogers with 10

and all the other amenities can be yours for considerably less than appraisal if you will buy it from me without the necessity
of having to waste $1X,XXX.XX on a realtor. The title company does all the work. All the realtor does is line up a buyer with
a seller. We will be moving out of state before too long and would like to sell our house to you. Most FSBO's make the mistake
of overpricing their homes and trying to get all of the savings from the realtor fees for themselves. They eventually give
up. I have done this before and I know that in order to make it work the buyer has to come out ahead of where he would be
